Jim, It’s been 39 years since you left us and 10 years since I last left you a note. I just wanted to tell you how much you are still missed and how much I personably remember and cherish our days at the academy and in South LA. You will always be in our hearts and minds and your love to our beloved Blue and Gold will never leave us. Rest easy and know you are with us forever. God bless you and your family and God Bless our brothers and sisters in Law Enforcement.
