I knew Jim a long time. He was a special friend. I was a barmaid and he came to where I worked to check on things we started talking and he became my friend. I knew him long before he got married to his wife Judy. He lived not to far from me in Highlandtown or as some call it East Baltimore. He was a kind caring man. He got married and loved his wife and sons very much. I was heartbroken when I heard about his passing. I was called by his wife Judy and I visited with her when the children were small.
