Officer Frank Rogers and Officer Harris McCullough were killed when their patrol car was struck by a car while they responded to a domestic disturbance call. Officer McCullough succumbed to his injuries two days after the incident. An investigation revealed the driver, a 24-year-old woman, was speeding. She was charged with two counts of manslaughter.
