Frank B. Robson

Deputy Collector Frank Robson was shot and killed in Skeleton Canyon, New Mexico while riding with a posse from Arizona in search of several bank robbery suspects.

One of the men who murdered Deputy Collector Robson had been involved in the murder of Chief Milton Jones of the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Police Department on June 30th, 1895. The man was killed in Arizona in 1897.

Deputy Collector Robson was survived by his wife and family and is buried in the City of Mesa Cemetery, Mesa, Arizona.
