David and I were class mates in the academy in Sulphur Springs. What a great man. I remember us playing basket ball against each other and I split his lip open with my elbow . He didn't even get upset at me. Very kind individual and Heaven gained a great Angel. I recently drove through Paris on the way to the National Sheriff Conference in New Orleans and was thinking about the sacrifice David and his family gave to the community .
