I will always love you my dear cousin and I am grateful for your humble service to the citizens in Houston. I will never forget the horrible news of your accident and death, leaving behind your family and your baby girl. I remember watching in awe at the long lines of your Family in Blue that came to honor you. We will always miss you and I know your mom still longs to see you again.
I am trying to help your sweet mother that has suffer so much loss in her life. I pray that some of your family in Blue will reach out to help her rebuild after her home flooded and is inhabitable. I know you are watching over her from Heaven and one day we will see each other again! Please watch over your second cousin Zachary now serving as you did in Richardson. What an honor to know such selfless servants as you and Zachary personally.
