I know you are with me every step of the way in life - probably shaking your head in disbelief sometimes and the other times I know you are there at the finish line giving me one of those big boastful hugs you always gave.
Your generous heart, work ethic and memory lives on in so many of your brothers in blue - you would be so amazed how many reached out to just tell me that.
I am honored and proud to call you my Pop, but, F - what I’d do just to have with us for just a few minutes to say a proper goodbye and give you a huge hug!
I love you so much - we all do!
