View all 15 ReflectionsWhen I was growing up officer Rainey provided security in the parking lot at the old Beaver Street Baptist Church. I remember a lot of us kids would head straight to the parking lot after the church service to see officer Rainey and take turns sitting on his motorcycle. That was about 50 years ago and I still remember him as a fine gentleman and a good role model to the children of the church. Rest in peace officer Rainey, I will never forget you.
