Glenn A. Phillips

Border Patrol Agent Glenn Phillips was killed in an automobile crash in the 3000 block of Tijuana Street while patrolling the border fence in San Ysidro, California.

He was driving with his lights off along the fence at about 9:40 pm when his Jeep struck the back of a parked truck and trailer. Other agents found the wreckage about 20 minutes later.

Agent Phillips had served with the United States Border Patrol for 13 months. He was survived by his wife.
