View all 11 ReflectionsI dread this anniversary death of Wayne Peters every year. My father was the Sheriff and he too was shot that same day. Wayne was my second father. I was very close to him and will never, ever forget that day. He was such a cheerful, happy go lucky individual who would do anything for anyone. A true her, a true gentleman.
