On May 15th, 2017 I was given the honor of reading Chief Pederson's name at the Minnesota Law Enforcement Memorial in St. Paul. Standing guard at the memorial has been and will continue to be one of the greatest honors of my law enforcement career. Although Chief Pederson is no longer with us, he will always be remembered. Rest in peace Chief Pederson, we will take it from here.
