The Martinez Police Department learned that Police Officer Tarantino’s killer, inmate A90679, was granted parole on January 4th. They were never notified by the Parole Board or anyone else that the hearing was coming up. They are doing everything they can to fight the release of his killer, inmate #A-90679, on the basis that a legal error has occurred, and they should have statutorily been notified 30 days prior to the hearing.
