Reflections for K9 Zena

Rest in eternal Peace, good and faithful servant.
God has already reserved a final resting place for our peacemakers.
Please continue your careful and diligent watch over us.
When Law Enforcement perishes, a proud and caring nation mourns.
Thank you for your heroic sacrifice!
Thank you for your selfless service!
Thank you for your guardian protection!

Our prayers to the family and department.

K9 Zena May God grant all involved with a speedy healing. K9 Zena thank you for your Service to your Community and Department. Most of all thank you for your Ultimate Sacrifice in the Line of Duty. Brothers in Blue lets remember there are to many of our K9 Partners that are passing because of two things that can be fixed Heat Stroke while being left in cruisers and chocking. These K9's are left in vehilcles and we are relying on something mechanical. Well guess what they malfunction. These K9's should not be left in cars with the windows up at any point of a hot day. They should not be put away while they are hot they need to be cooled down naturally for about 15 minutes before being put into any vehicle. They should never go for longer than 15 minuets at any point without being check on. These K9's should be with their Partners on and off with all training or classes that you have. Please do not erase this post everyone needs to read. There is no disrespect ment in any way shape or form but these two things could be fixed on our ends. Thank you God Bless

Almighty God, our Heavenly Father, in whose hands are the living and the dead; I give You thanks for all those of Your servants who have laid down their lives in the service of their communities, counties, states, and nation - the United States of America. Grant to them Your unconditional love, mercy, the light of Your presence, and the assurance of Your peace. In Christ Jesus, I pray. Amen.
