Harlej,
Your dedication to the community has and will never unnoticed or be forgotten. I appreciated all the times I was able to see you and Koopman demonstrate your abilities many times. Your ability to serve and show the community what it is like to be a K9 and a handler have interested young civilians like me to pursue a career in law enforcement. I am forever grateful for your service and dedication to the Fishers Police Department and the community. Rest in peace buddy!
