Bravery Without Question. No matter what the issue, when citizens, the community and Officers are in need of assistance the men and women in blue come running (literally). My condolences goes out for the loss of Roscoe, to his handler, the department and their community.
The value of such a loss is unmeasurable. Here's hoping the quickest recovery physically, mentally and emotionally to the all officers involved. God Bless

K9 Roscoe:

Thank you for your law enforcement service to the citizens of Crowley, Louisiana and to the Crowley Police Department. Let us celebrate your accomplishments and remember your selfless sacrifice in the Line-of-Duty. However, death is not the end; it does not have the final say! Now, my furry Comrade-in-Blue, rest easy, we will take it from here! May the Lord God bless you, your family, your friends, and your colleagues always.

"Well done, good and faithful servant!" [Matthew 25:21 ESV]

Let us Pray: Almighty God, the Crowley, Louisiana Police Department was fortunate to receive the gift of Roscoe from You. Now that he has left this life, please help them cope with his loss with strength and courage. We know that this beloved canine hero no longer suffers, and will live on in the fond memories of his loyal and dedicated law enforcement service for which he was trained. We pray that his accomplishments and unconditional love have enriched the lives of others and that he will forever be remembered by all those who loved and cared for him. Amen

As we know, dogs are the only thing walking this earth that loves us unconditionally. I believe they are a special gift from God that reminds us of how He loves us.

Then, every now and then, a dog is chosen to love and protect good from all the evil we see everyday. They give all of themselves to protect us all.

God bless you Roscoe. Thank you for the selfless life you lived.

It is not how an Officer dies that makes him a Hero;
It is how he Lived
