Reflections for K9 Philos

K9 Philos I'm sorry the "person" was treated so lightly. He should have served every penny of his time. Be happy at the Bridge and keep watch over your friends that had also served and given their all. fur-HERO.

4 years probation? You have got to be joking! That Suspect would have never seen the light of day in Rapides Parish! Its a sad time we live in when the punishment doesn't fit the crime! Might as well say "It's OK to Drive Drunk , Hit a Police Vehicle, injure the Officer driving and kill the K9 officer. Nothing will happen to you by these nutless judges"! ( who are more worried about re-election than justice for the victims)
