Reflections for K9 Harley

This lifelong dog owner cried...hard...reading this, despite it being 7 years old now. Thank you, Harley, for your unquestionable loyalty to enforcing the law and to those around you. The pain of this tragedy is offset by your service and by the beautiful pictures of you that I have seen. May you continue to do good, wherever you are now.

"Dogs give their human companions unconditional love and are always there with an encouraging wag of the tail when they are needed. The dog is indeed a very special animal."
