I was there with John and Liberty when she took some bullets for us. RIP Liberty.

Did a ride a long with LAPD in dec 1992 as a new officer from overseas on a vacation trip to LA.
One officer gave me a t-shirt that I found today in my closet. It reads
”In memory of Liberty, LAPD K9 platoon” with a photo of K9 Liberty on the chest.
Found her here today and as far as I remember beeing told, she save the handlers life.
RIP.

I did decoy work for JH and his "Female" Rottie Liberty. She and JH were a real team, she saved JH's life that night.
