K9 Endy died after suffering heat exhaustion when he was unintentionally left in his handler's patrol truck following their shift.
Endy had served with the Cache County Sheriff's Office for one year and had previously served with the Logan Police Department for six years. He served as a narcotics detection canine and patrol canine.
