done on your behalf. You made something of your life. You served the public
for 18 years. And this is how you were repaid. GRRRRRR! It's insanity to me!

On today, the 54th anniversary of your murder, I would like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for the citizens of the state of Oregon. It was a travesty of justice that your murderer only served 15 years for your murder.

Officer Lowd the years have passed but our loss has not demished in time. I too served with the Orgon State Police and I will remember you as well as many other Officers through out our Nation. Senior Trooper (Ret)
