Rest in Peace, Trooper Locke. Your sacrifice is not forgotten. Officer 11169 You are my Grandfather. Though I never knew you, I have heard many stories about you. My mom is Debra, your oldest daughter, the middle of your 3 children. I have heard such wonderful stories about you growing up. Some of them from my Mom, some from my Uncle Harry, but most from my Grandmother, Anna Jo. I wish I could have known you, but I feel that I do have a closeness to you without having met you. I know you would be proud of the family that survives you. We certainly are proud of you. All my love, Grandpa.
