Rest in Peace, Trooper Locke. Your sacrifice is not forgotten.

Officer 11169

You are my Grandfather. Though I never knew you, I have heard many stories about you. My mom is Debra, your oldest daughter, the middle of your 3 children. I have heard such wonderful stories about you growing up. Some of them from my Mom, some from my Uncle Harry, but most from my Grandmother, Anna Jo. I wish I could have known you, but I feel that I do have a closeness to you without having met you. I know you would be proud of the family that survives you. We certainly are proud of you. All my love, Grandpa.

You died several years before I was born, but my Mom mentioned you alot growing up. You were married to my grandmother's cousin. My father served with you at the State Police. You are remembered. Rest in peace.
