I am the neice and God child of "my uncle Bobby". He was my father's brother. Although he was murdered when I was only 4 years old, I remember him well. I have not seen my cousin, his daughter (Monica) since she was an infant and would love to find her. I noticed she put a reflection on this page. My emails address is Laurie_Kuhn@yahoo.com Laurie Kuhn I have grown up to look just like my father whom I never knew. Monica Dear Bobby in Heaven, I will never, ever forget you. We were friends at Brehm's Lane Elementary and all through Mergenthaler H.S. I think of you often and how you gave your life for justice. Much, much love, Elaine Elaine Harrison Miller God Bless you, Officer Kuhn as you sleep in God's Love and Peace. You will never be forgotten and will be remembered in my daily prayers. Thank you for your hard work and dedication and the sacrifice you made in protecting the citizens of Baltimore.
We ask Thy blessings and eternal rest to all our brothers and sisters Ret. Officer William Hackley Although you had only about 1 year service with the Department your service was up to that of a experienced officer. You apparently interupted some criminal activity as you walked your beat. You recorded the name, description of the car and license plate number of which later proved to be your killer.David Cooper b/m43 after shooting you sped away in the car with his nephew William Cooper b/m29. With your information in hand officers found the car several hours later and saw your killer run from the car, which contained the body of the young nwphew shot in the head. You killer was apprehended after a struggle and died in the hospital from self inflicted gun shot wound. Ret. Police Officer William M. Hackley I salute you for your service and honor you for your sacrifice.
