While the details are scarce concerning your tour and E.O.W., I wanted to take a moment and remember you on this, the 41st anniversary of your passing.
No officer who dies in the line of duty should ever be forgotten, nor should we ever lose track of what happened, so that others may learn and hopefully survive.
Rest in Peace, Officer Kramer. Your name is among heros.
