Patrolman Harding, your Department is now part of the history of the Commonwealth. You are an important part of that history and have not been forgotten. On this 88th anniversary of your passing, please allow me to thank you for your service to the people of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts who for so long enjoyed what the Metropolitan District Commission had to offer in part because of women and men such as yourself.

God Bless you and may you continue to Rest in Peace, Brother.
