Officer Ennis, today marks the 88th anniversary of your tragic death. Railroad workers are at risk all the time, but general public just doesn’t give it any real thought. As a railroad cop, you dealt with crime AND trains and it sadly was a train that took you from those who loved you. It’s a dangerous job for so many reasons but the Railroad Police help protect one of America’s most vital assets, our railroads.

You are a hero and have not been forgotten.

God Bless and may you continue to Rest in Peace, Brother.
