Today on the 40th anniversary of your death, we pause and say a prayer for your family that mourn you to this day.
You never fill the void in your life, you just have to learn to accept it along with the pain.
Rest in peace Sir you are not forgotten.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to the family, friends and all the members of the Colorado State Patrol. We were made safer by his service and we all suffer their tragic loss. The family of Patrolman Enloe deserves our appreciation and gratitude for their sacrifice. No greater love has a man than the will to give his life for another.
