Dear Grandfather, Although my mother never knew her father, you were still in her heart untill her death. My brother and I were told stories of a great man who served his family, friends, town, state and his country. I have been left your duffle bag, photos, letters home and various metals. I will keep them safe and pass along legacy to my children. Your memory lives on in us ans we are proud to be of the Courtney clan. Kate Westenberg
