I think of your final day every time I drive through the intersection of Business Loop 70 and Rangeline in Columbia. This is the current day intersection of 1933's US 40 and US 63. Fellow Trooper Sgt. Booth, Anonymous GOD BLESS you and your family. Your sacrafice will never be forgotten. Standing on his promise.... J. Lejeune MO Probation and Parole Sgt Booth I just wanted to tell you how proud you would have been of your daughter, Owanna. Owanna, who was a small child when you died, will be 80 years old soon. She is such a delightful woman. I am proud to call her my friend and she is so very proud of you. Sgt. Tom Mann, Retired The first member to be killed in the line of duty. His family was left to fend in the depths of the depression with the $2.50 he had in his pocket when he was killed. He was a husband, father, mentor, and friend who will never be forgotten. Lieutenant Jim Ripley No one who gave his life in the line of duty should be without a reflection. Thank you Sergeant Booth for your sacrifice. You'll never be forgotten. Rest in peace.
