Dear Angela and girls,

I sit here tonight thinking of you. I just wanted you to know that you and the kids are still in are thoughts and prayers. I hope as time goes on that the pain in your heart will ease. My husband went to the PA State Police Academy with Josh and of course only had wonderful things to say about him. My husband has all of Josh's memorial shirts and wears them proudly at least twice a week. Again just wanted to let you know that we will never forget you and the kids and you are in my thoughts.

Mrs. Miller,
My husband had the honor of working along side your husband when a young officer from NY, Russell Timoshenko was murdered.
I am so truly sorry for your loss. I cannot even begin to understand your grief.
Trooper Joshua D. Miller is a person we will tell our children about. The kind of hero who has given everything to do his job. Your husband is a true hero.
I believe that there is a special place in Heaven for each fallen officer where they continue to protect us all, always.
You remain in our prayers. My husband is a better man having met him.

Mrs Miller, family and Coworkers. My heart aches for your lost, I can't begin to imagine the pain that has cut through you losing this hero from your lives. The possibility of this happening is always there yet Trooper Miller got dressed every day and answered the call fully knowing that his number may be called next. That in itself shows how special of an individual he was. May you find comfort in knowing that your loved one is a hero in the eyes of so many people, even those of us who never got the honor of meeting him. My Thoughts and prayers are with you.

Mrs Miller I would like to also extend Deepest Sympathies from all the women at Policewives.org . We are terribly sorry for your loss and know that you will be in our thoughts and prayers through this difficult time.

MRS. MILLER & FAMILY:
MY HEART GOES OUT TO ALL OF YOU. GOING THRU THE LOST OF MY S-I-L OFFICER DAVID TOME, WHO WAS HIT & KILLED BY A CAR, WHILE RECONSTRUCTING A FATAL ACCIDENT, THAT HAPPENED A FEW DAYS BEFORE. TO HERE THAT NEWS ABOUT MY S-I-L, WHO WAS LIKE MY SON, WAS HEART WRENCHING. THEN I WAS THE ONE WHO HAD TO TELL MY DAUGHTER & HIS MOTHER, SINCE I WAS THE FIRST MEMBER OF THE FAMILY THE POLICE DEPT. COULD GET A HOLD OF. THEY WERE TAKEN AWAY FROM US WAY TO SOON. THE JOB THEY PICKED WAS A JOB WE ALL CAN BE PROUD OF. TROOPER MILLER'S LAST TASK, WILL BE REMEMBERED & NOT FORGOTTEN IN THE HEARTS OF MANY. MAY HE REST IN PEACE WITH MY S-I-L, FOR THEIR WATCH IS OVER.

DEB LEIB
