Jocelyne Brar (Winnipeg, MB Canada) Nate, you are a great person who will truly be missed. You always encouraged me, praised me for my accomplishments, and gave me the best advice when you told me THE SKY IS THE LIMIT and even though things are good always strive for more. You were truly an example of a great father, a hardworker, a kind and genuine person and it still hurts to know that you are gone from us. You will not be forgotton for you have left an everlasting mark with those who knew you. Anonymous Nate and I were old friends back in the late 1980's. We worked together at the Hyatt Regency Chicago: I was a chef, and Nate worked security. We would hang out together, and even took karate classes together in Crestwood, he being a much better student than I. We eventually parted ways through job changes, and I always tried to get in touch with him through some mutual friends, but never hooked up again. I just today learned of Nate's passing and am deeply saddened. Such a tragedy....such a loss. My heart and prayers go out to his family and friends. He will be in my prayers and thoughts. Take care Nate...may God hold you close...your old friend....Mike Michael Howe During this, National Police Week, I would like to take a moment to offer my sincere appreciation for the work you have done in and for the City I was born in. None of us know when we will transition from labor to rest. I ask each day that God will bless and keep your family as He did with you.
