The wicked flee where no man pursueth, but the righteous are bold as a lion K.L. Forgive me for missing the anniversary of your E.O.W., but I felt as though I could not continue to read about so many tragedies. I now realize the visit each day to leave a word of encouragement and hope to the loved ones of others, helps me to remember that I am not alone with my pain and heartbreak. So may I say to your friends and loved ones that my thoughts and prayers are with them now and always. Continue to keep watch over them and those still out on patrol and may they know you will never be forgotten. James Sheppard To those who loved Officer Newton, my heart goes to you all. Know that you're not alone in this journey you walk. I lost my fiance in the line of duty January 2003 and my world was forever changed. Even as time as gone forward, and I've found many reasons and ways to smile, I still have not forgotten the man that he was. Dennis was a beautiful person and he forever has a part of my heart, just as I'm sure Teddy will always be a part of yours. Jocelyne Brar (Winnipeg, MB Canada) Rest in peace my brother. Deputy Sheriff I just want to take some time out to thank all law enforcement officers and personell for showing their deepest condolences. For those that did not know my husband, he was a very outgoing person that loved life and police work. I not only lost a husband but a partner, bestfriend, and confidant. My heart is still full of pain and my eyes full of tears but reading emails like yours do ease the pain. I am honored to be a police officer with family and friends around the world God Bless You All! and Be Safe.
