Alwasys in our Thoughts Forever in our Hearts... Sgt. Sherman Lee Bayview Station-Third Watch 2009-08-02
Hey Nick, I can't believe its been three years since you left us. We keep living as you would want us to, but you are definitely a missing part of our lives. I think back to what a generous, giving, loving and happy person you were and God knows I miss you. One does not come across a person like you often, I feel your loss each and every day. I love you Nick! Claudia U. friend 2009-07-26
IN A FEW SHORT HOURS, WE WILL GATHER TOGETHER TO HONOR NICK AND CELEBRATE HIS LIFE FOR A THIRD YEAR. GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS MY BROTHER. OFFICER DAVID G. CORREA #4210 SFPD 2009-07-26
A couple of days ago, most of the watch was in the lunchroom enjoying our camaraderie when your name popped up. We reminisced how we served with you, shared meals with you and your love of Hawaiian pizza, and how we poked fun at each other. We were proud to tell many of the new Bayview cops, many of them on probation, what a terrific person and generous human being you were. Sometimes when things look bleak in the cop world, you my friend, are a shinning beacon and a good reason why we do this job. Ofc. Eric Chiang San Francisco Police Department 2009-07-03
God bless you and your family. Officer Georgia 2009-04-23
Hey there Nick! I bet you thought I forgot about you huh? Well I haven't and I think about you all the time...Unfortunately I think about you, Isaac and Brian T. even more when another officer is down.....This past weekend we had fellow police officers from OPD join you all in "Police Officer's Heaven"..... You are all in peace now and I can't wait for the day that we all meet again......I miss you Nick and I'll always keep you close to my heart...... Ia manuia kou malaga.....

i didnt know you, but as a fellow officer in this wide brother/sister hood of officers i would just like to express my thoughts. from what i have read you seemed like a fine officer and a credit to your force. i would also like to say that as a serving officer in the uk i wish my supervisorshad the courage speak out in our support in the way yours have in defence of you carrying out your role as a decicated offier, rather than accepting the critisim leveled at us. god bless my friend and sleep well pc 9834 cunniff greater manchester police uk 2009-02-06
Merry Christmas Nick... Even though we worked together briefly, I'll never forget working with you at Bayview. Like all officers at Bayview, your professionalism and dedication to duty were second to none. Sergeant Brian Devlin San Francisco PD 2008-12-26
Nick,
You keep popping into my head, as I am reminded of how much you loved this time of the year.
Thoughts of you and I searching for purple ornaments for your Mom's tree...
Your precious smile when you gave a gift to a child in need.

Nick, Thanksgiving Day is here and I am once again reminded of what I am most thankful for. Nick you continue to be a blessing in my life and I am extremely thankful for God having sent me a friend like you. Although you are not physically with us, you will always be with us. Thank you Nick for everything. Love You. Claudia friend 2008-11-27
Nick, you were one of our favorite customers! It was always fun to be around you, always smiling! You lit up the room, amazing command and presence. You were always happy, positive, friendly, outgoing, respectful, moral, very active, health conscious, very well rounded. You put everyone in a good mood. We worked out at the same gym and you were always very motivating. We lost touch in 2002 when I moved to a new job, but you are unforgettable. I just heard the news today 9/3/08. It is difficult to grasp that this has happened...your contributions to even your acquaintances is immeasurable, let alone to your team and to your family... I miss you. God Bless you Nick. I can't believe it is two years as it only seems like yesterday. The last words you said to me was, I'm going to sleep now. You never woke up. It's so hard having to go through the days without you, Nick. Painful! I miss you so much brother. But I am living day by day, adjusting to a new normal, making the days as best as I can possibly make it, its not easy. You are so loved, your friends, they love us so much. Nick, without them I would probably go insane and you know why...I would. I feel your presence when I am weak, I feel your presence, I know you're guiding us, I know you're helping me. I am so sorry this had to happen. I miss you! I love you Brother. Holly Sister 2008-07-26

It's been a long time Nick, you understand why. Plans are underway for Saturday at 1900 hrs. Co. C. It's unreal that 2 years is nearing...we think and talk of you everyday. You are not forgotten. Ofc. Eric Chiang San Francisco Police Department 2008-07-14
Nick, Today was Cassia's first day in ballet. I often talked to you about how I wanted to get her into "girly" stuff and how her dad felt about it. I remember the day I was so upset that he would not buy her the pink scooter and you called me on the phone and said "GET IT!". And I did. And you were happy that I got it, happy for her and happy for me. Anyways you know the stories. I miss telling you things and your encouraging words. You always told me that we live one life and to be happy. I wish you were here. Claudia friend 2008-07-07
It's coming up on two years dear friend...I recently felt your presence and heard a voice...it was yours...it said, "It's not over"...I know what that means, and I believe it. Your death is not in vain!
I miss you tremendously, but know that you are safe "on the other side", and always watching.....always close
I'll look for you in my dreams.
Breathe easy now........... Mahalo Officer Angela Rodriguez SFPD 2008-06-25
Hey Nick, I just wanted to say that I miss you. It is difficult sometimes to know that I won't see you again. I miss our friendship more and more every day. You made me smile all the time. You also gave me a sense of peace that no one has been able to restore. I knew that no matter how crappy my day was I had something to look forward to, YOU at the gym. I miss you and my life will never be the same without you. I love you. Claudia friend 2008-05-17
