Phyllis Loya LOVED BY ALL MISSED BY EVERYONE! Anonymous 5 years honey Lisa Some of my fondest memories of our Arizona visits are the times we spent with you & Lisa. It never mattered what were doing, having fun, hiking or helping around your home and cabin. It always felt so good to be there. You made a big impact on the Constien family for such a short time we had with you. Rob & I miss you....all of our kids do too. Cindy Don, I always recall your enthusiasm for additional training opportunities in the department helicopters. You were first to request it and always showed up with a positive attitude and "can do" mentality. I also enjoyed our many conversations about personal likes and experiences dealing with the many outdoor activities that you had a great passion for involving yourself. Officer Phil Tilford Lisa, Gerald Richard (Ret'd Director) I can't believe you agreed to get married in our living room! Sgt. Don Wood (ret) DON, SGT JIM KELTGEN #1539 (RETIRED) Lisa, I always remember Don as he talked about his next hunting or fishing trip, but when Don spoke of you I knew that he not only loved you but loved his marriage to you. I remember flying with Don and I saw a deer antler on the ground, so I landed close to it and Don looked at me not knowing what I was doing. After landing I told Don to look out about 10 yards on his side of the helicopter. Well Don almost set a record in jumping out of the ship so he could get those antlers. He was a good friend and always missed. Larry D. Crouse-Pilot It is with sincere thanks to you for your service and dedication to fellow officers and the citizens of Phoenix. You are missed. May God bless and keep watch over Lisa and the rest of your family as they remember you fondly. Rest in peace. Bob Grinslade A grerat loss to family and department. Offficer G Hunsaker #1198 Don came to visit me in my office one day about 6 years ago. He was looking for some federal grant money for a project he was working on, and we had a very pleasant chat. I remember him as vibrant and engaging. God bless him and his family. Civ Dave Smithwick Lisa, Icela Brown It's been nearly 4 years since you left us to join the ranks of all our honorable law enforcement brothers and sisters in God's kingdom. WE also know Lisa has dedicated her talents to assist the families of all our brothers and sisters who are with you now.
