 | Border Patrol Inspector Philip D. Strobridge United States Department of Justice - Border Patrol U.S. Government Tuesday, March 7, 1933 |
Inspector Strobridge, today marks the 76th anniversary of your tragic passing. I can’t say for certain, but I don’t believe people truly appreciated the Border Patrol back in 1933 the way we appreciate you now. Despite all the effort put forth, the borders are still like a sieve. The work done by the Border Patrol is magnificent despite the odds and men like you should never be forgotten, especially those who have made that ultimate sacrifice.
God Bless and may you continue to Rest in Peace, Brother. Ptl. Jim Leahy, Jr. Harvard University Police Dept. 2009-03-07
