RIP sir so many years later and thanks you. Chief JA Millan This man had to have had the biggest heart in the state of Iowa. He taught me numerous things; honesty,hard work, integrity, humor, a sense of fair play and to abhor injustice. He laughed and sang and even danced! He was a big guy, so it was easy to cuddle on his lap and fall asleep. You see, Charley is my dad,(very proudly so), and today he would have been 89 years old. Happy birthday, Daddy.
