Your heroism and service is honored today, the 66th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. Even 66 years ago domestic violence incidents and suicide by cop incidents posed grave danger to responding officers. I see that your wife was pregnant with your third child...how sad that this child only knew you through pictures and stories.
