Trooper Reichert,
My father was a Trooper killed in the line of duty in 1987. My father was assigned to Troop K also. I use to work patrol in Hancock County near the Louisiana State line. The town of Pearlington is on Hwy 90 near the line, which was near where you were shot. I use to stop and talk to an old man in pearlington while on patrol. I remember the old man telling me about your incident. I will always remember. I salute you. God bless you. Agent Brandon Ladner Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics 2006-08-31
I salute you for your service and honor you for your sacrifice.
A hero never dies.....
Rest in peace, hero.
