As the son of DSP's first bomb technician, thank you for your efforts to make the State of Delaware a better place. D. Randall Broadwater, Asst. Chief Cpl. Pulling, today I browsed the ODMP as I try and do everyday, and to my great sadness I came across a brother Delaware Trooper. I still remember reading about your tragic and untimely departure from us in the paper. Being a senior in high school at the time, even then I knew I wanted to join this noble profession. Reading and learning about brave and courageous Troopers such as yourself and the many that came before you only increased my ambition of doing so. Thank you for your service and may you always rest in peace and watch over your brother and sister officers from above. Cpl/1 Steven Rizzo Gone but not forgotten... never forgotten brother. As an instructor, I am deeply saddened by accidents that occur during training. These are accidents that took the life of a loved one, friend, co-worker. But God has a purpose for these fine HERO'S. May they sit upon thrones of gold and serve him, for no harm will come unto them now. RIP BROTHERS/SISTERS. Senior Corrections Officer W.R. Phillips
