Rest in Peace, Officer Prock. Your sacrifice is not forgotten.

Officer 11169

Remembering today with a heavy heart. I will be 65 this week. You and I were just young sweethearts that only had one year and 11 days of happy marriage. I certainly hope the guys that took you from me are still behind bars. Love you always, Barb

We did not get to see each other very often because you were in CA and I was in OK, but I always knew you were a person of fine character and it broke my heart when you were killed. Unfortunately you were an only child and your Mother (my Mother's sister) never recovered. My Mother and your Mother passed away within 2 weeks of each other, but our family still has many fond memories of you.

On this day, 44 years ago, you paid the ultimate sacrifice. I am sure your family felt horrible sorrow as well as terrific pride. Thank you for bravely and proudly serving your community. You will always be a hero who will NEVER be forgotten!

Connie....no fallen officer on the ODMP should be without a reflection. Your bio says a lot about you & your resolve at a young age & short time on the job. Even in death...you were instrumental in quality police work. Thank you for your service & God bless.

Special Agent Dennis Duncan
Norfolk Southern Railway Police
