72 long years have passed since you joined the kingdom of heaven. I thank you for your sacrifice. I am proud to be from "Lil' Rhody" and know that every day I rode my bike to the candy store alone or left my front door unlocked, it was because of you. Because of you, and everyone who followed you, I was safe, and could be the person I am today. I agree that no office should be left without reflection, and so with that memory I leave you. A small town RI gal a long way from home thanks you so much for your service.

(From a Policeman's Prayer) "...And when we lay down our night sticks, enroll us in your Heavenly Force, where we will be as proud to guard the throne of God, as we have been to guard the city of men."

God Bless.

Lieutenant Poole, no officer should be without a reflection. You are a hero . . a warrior, and this should be recognized! I honor you my brother, your name, your memory and for the ultimate sacrifice you made for the people of your state and the country. With brotherly love and respect, Jim Crotty (Former Richmond, VA Police Officer).
