Officer O'Guinn,
On today, the 34th anniversary of your murder, I would like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for the citizens of San Francisco. What appalls me is how your murderers only 7 and years 8 years respectively for murdering a Law Enforcement officer-that shows how screwed up the legal system was in California at that time.
