Your heroism and service is honored today, the 84th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect and your memory will always be honored and revered.

It has been 83 years since the ultimate sacrifice of you and Officer Keegan. The heroism shown by you and the officer that day serves as a fine example of the dedication of the Chicago Police Department. This sacrifice will not be forgotten.
