Reflections for Liquor Inspector Edward L. Moreno

I can't believe it's been 36 years!!! Terrie, Moni and her babies Angelica and India and Jeff's kids, Sabrina, Samantha, Jeffy and Nate visited Fort Bayard yesterday. Sabrina picked the flowers to take to you: red and white roses. She said she looked up the meaning and it means Love always. And that is what it is!!! They offered prayer for you, and all the rest of the ones at Fort Bayard cemetery!! They are good kids. Love you!!!

My thought are with you today Daddy. I love you and miss you so much that it makes my heart hurt.
I hope that you are looking down at your family and smiling now, seeing what a wonderful family you and mom created.

God blessed this family when he allowed you to be our dad and bring us all into this world. I thank him daily for that honor.

Your strength after getting hurt so that you could stay with us give me strength when things get hard for me. You are my strength, you are my light, you are my hero.

Always and forever, your ladybug,

Margie

Happy Father's Day Daddy. just wanted to say hi and let you know we are all doing good and keeping busy. Mom is always on the go, doing something or another for someone.
She is an awesome lady. I miss you Dad, I think of you all the time and wonder how things would be if you were still with us. I tell you what, the Greatgrandkids would have you going circles. You and Mom have a wonderful family, even if I do say so myself!

Wanted to let you know that I am thinking about you this Father's Day - as I do all Father's Days..

I see and hear others talking about "going to see their dad on Father's Day" and it makes me so sad knowing how many days we have missed you.

Daddy, you are always in my heart and on my mind. You were are wonderful Dad and a wonderful man. I wish you could have been with us longer. I do thank God for allowing us the privilege of having you as our father.

Mikey is a Dad now..I am so proud of the Father he has become. It warms my heart to see him with Micah. He is a very good Daddy.

I will think of you today - I will remember the time that we had together. You will be in my heart.

I love you,
Margie

Happy Fathers Day Daddy. We all miss you so much. I see your face in so many of your grandchildren. They all have your eyes. And some have your face.
Ayden Ed is just 3 1/2 but he tells me he wants to be a policeman just like Grandpa Eddie. He knows he has your name. I'll do my best to instill in him that it is a proud name to carry. He doesn't understand why we just can't go to heaven to see you and JellyBean.
Love you punches

Hi Daddy,
Today is the anniversary of your horrific injury. This day brings much sadness into my life each year. There is not a day that goes by that I wish I could change the events of that day 41 years ago. It always seems like only yesterday. I wonder often how our lives would have been different. Daddy, the events of that day changed us all. We know what family means to us, we know the sacrifices parents make for their children and we know how life is without a father. I love you Daddy and miss you everyday.

Happy Birthday Grandpa! We love you and miss you! Have some cake with Jellybean! XOXOXOX

Happy New Year Daddy, it's been quiet today, snow kinda put a damper on holiday celebrations for most, but I hardly ever went out for New Years anyways so I stayed in my jammies all day and read. Mom is doing ok, hopefully she stays in and doesn't think she has to go to church today. The roads are bad! I Love You Dad and miss you everyday!

Hi Daddy,
It's a cold, cloudy, rainy day today here in Las Vegas. I'm listening to "Oh Holy Night" right now and thinking about you. There are many, many times in the course of the day that I wish you could still be here with us. During the Christmas season it's especially hard. I love you and miss you everyday.

Dadd, today is Mom's birthday. We went over early this morning to sing her Happy Birthday and then Bert and I sang her Las Mananitas. Uncle Mon, Aunt Sookie and Aunt Ela joined us along with Blanca, Berna and her girls, Moni and her girls, Abby and Alice and Bill. We had posole afterwards and sat and visited, I think she was happy! Wish you could be with us of course that would have been even better! Mom's house is all decorated, tree is up and all the Nacimientos. Dang you have alot of grandkids and great grandkids, we still need to add 18 more stockings for all the inlaws that are added. Mom needs to add another doorway.
merry Christmas Daddy!

Here's your song Dad!

O Holy Night! The stars are brightly shining,
It is the night of the dear Saviour's birth.
Long lay the world in sin and error pining.
Till He appeared and the Spirit felt its worth.
A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices,
For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn.
Fall on your knees! Oh, hear the angel voices!
O night divine, the night when Christ was born;
O night, O Holy Night , O night divine!
O night, O Holy Night , O night divine!

I love you!

Hi Dad,
The Christmas season is upon us and you are never away from my mind. It's time for your song again. Everytime I hear "O Holy Night" I become very emotional thinking of you. I love you very much dad and as always, I wish you could still be here with us. Please hold baby Jellybean close to you. Christmas in our family is always hard for us, but knowing that you and Jellybean are in God's light is comforting. I love you and miss you everyday!
