Once again a terrible tragedy rears its ugly head. Quick draw seems so rampant and yet, Officer Miller, you were a brave soul. Your friend who accidentally shot you had to bare his guilt for many decades. Rest in peace.

My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
