Yo trabajaba en la división de homicidios del CIC Bayamon y esa noche a mi (Héctor Urdaneta) y al agente Angel Negron nos tocó la difícil tarea de trabajar la escena del asesinato del agente Rojas Albino. Fue muy difícil ver e inspeccionar el cuerpo de un hermano de sangre azul caído en el cumplimiento de se deber.

Mi hermanito.... Cuchie como cariñosamente te decía... hoy recuerdo como si fuera ayer lo ocurrido.. otros 3 agentes asesinado casi de la misma manera que tú... vuelve el pueblo de Toa Alta a ser escenario de otro funeral como el tuyo... es como si el tiempo se hubiese detenido nuestra madre aún llora todos los días tu ausencia, 25 años han pasado y siguen estando tan mal protegidos los agentes del orden público.... descanza en paz mi hermano querido... seguimos orando para que algun día en Puerto Rico la historia sea otra.. To Agent Wilfredo Rojas-Albino, his loved ones and his fellow officers:

On this the eleventh anniversary of your tragic death, please know that your memory is revered and honored today.

May your family continue be to comforted by the warm embrace of their law enforcement family, and other police survivors who share this painful journey with them. My heart is with your family.

This world, this country, your community truly are better places because of you. To have lost you is a great tragedy, an irreplaceable, immeasurable loss for society. We are grateful for and to you, and honor you for all you did for us day in and day out whether you received a word of thanks or praise.

Rest in Peace, Agent Rojas=Albino. I am so humbled by your valor and courage.

I was in the same class as Rojas, he was an officer of courage, the day of his death will mark the first officer that died from class 194. The friendship he gave will always be missed "Que Dios Te tenga en su gloria"
