The Badge of Honor Association (Rochester, NY) will be honoring Lt. J. Harry Knollman and others on March 27, 2014 in Dunkirk, NY. BOHA has begun a campaign in Western New York to place road signs at or near the location of each officer's death. Road signs for officers killed in Chautauqua, Cattaraugus and Allegany Counties will be dedicated at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Park on Lake Shore Drive West (RT5).

Your service is not forgotten.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 80th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never dminishes respect and your memory will always be honored and revered.
