Your heroism and service is honored today, the 104th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Laslater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Ptl. Kelliher, today marks the 100th anniversary of your tragic passing due to the actions of a few worthless scum. I’m sure the last few months of your life were painful and had much despair, but I’m glad you did have them. You may not have consciously known you were going to die, but inside, you may have been aware and that time you had left, well, I’m sure you used it well.

We can only hope that those responsible for your death faced true justice, if not in this world, then in the next.

God Bless and may you continue to Rest in Peace, Brother.
