Reflections for Sheriff O. Gay Hovatter
Sheriff Hovatter:
Although I never knew you personally, I am honored to have followed in your footsteps serving the citizens of Tucker County.
I am very happy I was able to convince the WV Legislature to name the bridge in Parsons in your honor. It was a ceremony worthy of your sacrifice, with at least 15 WV Sheriffs and many other L.E.O.s in attendance.
RIP!
