Reflections for Officer William C. Horn
I remember my father telling me the story of how you died and what happened to the scumbag who shot and killed you. He was tried and found guilty but on appeal the former proesecutor was now his defense lawyer and got the scumbag off. Rest in peace, grandpa.

Officer Horn,
On today, the 81st anniversary of your murder I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for the citizens of Dayton. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy. It sickens me that your murderer didn't face the justice that he deserved.
