My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Agent Holland,
On today, the 88th anniversary of your murder, I would like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice. It took another year, but your murderer finally got the justice that he deserved.

Special Agent Holland, today marks the 88th year since your murder. Thank you for your efforts to protect a vital part of the American economy and the people who worked for the Union Pacific.

It’s troubling to read that you lost a Brother Agent just 10 years to the day prior to your murder in the same location. I know you both, though taken from this life physically, stayed in the hearts and minds of all those who remained, thus, you never truly left.

You are a true hero. God Bless and may you continue to Rest in Peace, Brother.
